Services

Reliable Laser Cutting

Using a TruLaser 2030 4kW Fiber-Optic equipment, we can make precise cuts in sheets of any thickness. This cost-effective, high-speed service has shown excellent results and is designed for maximum capacity utilization. Metal sheets like 5052 and 6061 aluminum alloys, stainless steel, copper, and brass can be cut up to 1.5 inches thick.

Efficient Punching

We ensure ensures a quick turnaround for new product prototyping with short lead time order requirements. Both New Age Metal Fabricating and New Age Precision Manufacturing operate Amada CNC punch presses which can accommodate sheet sizes up to 50×78.

High-Quality Forming

Fabricate metal parts and structures to suit your organization’s needs with ease. New Age Metal Fabricating and New Age Precision Manufacturing each operate four CNC press brakes which can form a wide range of angles and radii in aluminum, stainless, copper, and brass.

Processes

Expert Welding

Our certified team of welders each has a wealth of experience in dealing with conventional and advanced equipment to suit different materials and alloys. Welding is done at both New Age Manufacturing and New Age Precision Manufacturing. Our welders are certified to weld to AWS D17.1 and AWS D1.2.

Chemical Conversion Coating

We provide corrosion-resistant coatings with excellent conductivity. New Age Metal Fabricating is NADCAP approved for chemical conversion coating to Mil-Spec Mil-DTL 5541.  We offer Type I, classes 1A and 3, and Type II, classes 1A and 3.

Painting

Get the benefits of exceptional paint coating facilities with a conveyor paint system that allows for air dry, baked enamels, and powder epoxies to satisfy all your critical and aesthetic requirements. We finish parts to all Mil-Specs and can meet the requirements of Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC).
